L'OREAL Botanea Coming Soon - 100% herbal professional Hair colour

In line with our commitment to offer our clients the very best natural hair products we are soon to be trialing a new colour system.

Botanēa is a 100% Herbal Professional Hair Colour composed of 3 herbal ingredients. When mixed with hot water, these 3 powders enable colorists to create an infinite palette of shades and tailor them to each client.

Cassia: Grown in several regions of India, it was selected by L’Oréal Research to be used by colourists as an adjuster and luminizer

Henna: Its leaves release warm copper colours ideal for preparing blonde, copper of brown shades 

Indigo: Its leaves contain colour that deliver colour results varying from blue to purple, ideal to brown or dark bases, in combination with henna.

If Botanea proves to be up to our usual requirement of high performance and reliability then we will introduce it into the salon very soon alongside our existing L'ANZA healing colour system.

We do not see this replacing L'ANZA but see it as an alternative as whilst we expect Botanea to be an excellent new product it will not be ideal or suitable for everyone or for every hair type.
